Title: Business manager/Analyst 3

Location: Remote- PST hours required

Duration: 7 months (Hight possibility for an extension)

Pay range: $35 to $40

Key Responsibilities:

Training Coordination:

Organize and coordinate training schedules, manage participant lists, and ensure logistical needs are met for training sessions.

Maintain program-related SharePoint sites, ensuring all resources are updated and accessible for the team.

Distribute surveys post-training, gather participant feedback, and organize findings for program improvement.

Maintain accurate training participation records, monitor training completion rates, and track key metrics for reporting purposes.

Business Operations Support:

Execute logistics to support operations plans and assist in the development of these plans in collaboration with senior leaders.

Maintain Rhythm of Business (ROB) activities by supporting regular reviews and key business checkpoints.

Contribute to the execution of business continuation plans during periods of change or special circumstances, ensuring headcount and resource alignment with business priorities.

Assist in the annual budgeting process, monitor headcount and external resource budgets by project, and track financial progress against the budget.

Perform headcount administration tasks, ensuring accurate tracking and alignment with strategic priorities.

Organizational Health & Culture Initiatives:

Support team culture initiatives (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion, onboarding) by collaborating on plans and executing events or programs.

Monitor team health and collaborate with leadership on engagement and morale initiatives.

Assist in managing and monitoring the operations of existing development plans for team and individual capability-building.

Executive Communications Support:

Execute internal communications strategies by drafting and refining communication materials, including partner and event decks, result summaries, and team SharePoint updates.

Support leaders by gathering and sharing timely, accurate information, and building relationships to encourage collaboration and data-driven decision-making.

Special Projects & Initiative Management:

Contribute to project management by coordinating tasks, double-checking work for accuracy, and supporting various business projects to meet changing organizational needs.

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; SharePoint development and maintenance experience required.

Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.

Previous experience with enterprise applications is a plus.

Top 3 Hard Skills Required:

SharePoint Development and Maintenance – Minimum 2+ years experience.

Training Program Management – Minimum 2+ years experience.

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – Minimum 3+ years experience.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a relevant field required.
