The key focus for a Sourcing AVP is to execute sourcing strategies and plans with a focus on passive candidates and the aim of achieving high quality, cost effective and timely filling of roles. You will work closely with the Recruiters and other Sourcers to recommend and develop sourcing strategies. Based upon your experience, you will recommend enhancements to ensure recruitment strategy effectiveness. Reporting into a lead Sourcer, you will initiate and drive best practice sourcing strategies and be an ambassador for the Blackstone brand.
Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
Attend intake meetings to ensure understanding of role requirements, team dynamics, and value proposition.Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy for relevant vertical.Source qualified candidates for open requisitions.Submit vetted candidates, meeting the requirements for the role and expectations of the Hiring Manager.Source and identify talent through creative avenues that widen the funnel of talented professionals interested in roles at the firm with a focus on direct sourced (passive) candidates.Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment process.Maintain timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions, including ATS/CRM management.Proactively pipeline talent and create pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with workforce plans.Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates.Provide engaged and informed dialogue with candidates regarding opportunities.Develop and implement candidate information initiatives, such as proactive marketing campaigns.Communicate market and competitive trends.Qualifications:

Prior experience in agency staffing role and/or in-house recruiting.5+ years of relevant experience in the staffing industry, or related field.Experience with supporting Corporate Functions within Financial Services, specifically Finance, Marketing and/ or Private Wealth and Sales is highly preferred.Proven ability to creatively recommend sourcing strategies utilizing job boards, associations, employee referral programs, social media, and internet searches.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.Experience with Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.Some Workday experience is preferred.Some experience in data management and insights is preferred.The duties and responsibilities described here are not exhaustive and additional assignments, duties, or responsibilities may be required of this position. Expected annual base salary range:
$110,000 - $145,000
Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation: Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
