As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with hiring managers, understand business needs, and source candidates who align with our company's values and goals.Responsibilities:Source and Attract Talent:
Use innovative strategies, job boards, social media, and networking to identify qualified candidates.Screen and Interview Candidates:
Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.Collaborate with Hiring Managers:
Work closely with department leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop recruiting plans.Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment:
From sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and facilitating onboarding, you'll manage the entire recruitment process.Build Talent Pipelines:
Maintain a network of candidates for future roles and proactively engage passive talent.Provide a Great Candidate Experience:
Ensure each candidate has a positive and professional experience, regardless of the outcome.Track and Report Metrics:
Use data to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.Onboarding:
Initiate and manage onboarding processAdditional responsibilities include:
Training and development and ComplianceQualifications:1-3 years of recruiting experience , preferably in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor's degree in related fieldStrong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.Experience using
applicant tracking systems (ATS)
and other recruitment tools.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.A passion for creating an inclusive, equitable, and positive candidate experience.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and employer branding.Why Apply for this position?Impactful Work:
