Sourcing and Screening:
Utilize various sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify qualified candidates.Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Candidate Experience:
Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed and engaged.
Recruitment Process:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual.Maintain consistent pipeline of candidates for commonly filled roles.
Employer Branding:
Contribute to the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.Promote the company's culture and values to potential candidates. Be Mowery's true culture champion!
Data Analysis:
Track key recruitment metrics and analyze data to identify trends and improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment that could include recruiting locally and at other satellite locations.Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
