We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for finding top talent, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate databases.Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company.Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a staffing agency or corporate environment.Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS software.
