Talent Acquisition Specialist
oversees recruiting and placement activities for our 4 facilities across Massachusetts. This is a hands-on recruiting role that requires a strong sense of urgency and meticulous attention to detail to fill open positions and develop talent pipelines for future staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the entire recruitment cycle. They will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates to meet the staffing needs of PPLM. They will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:
Proactively source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
Talent Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs within the defined geography.Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals to expand the talent network.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:
Represent PPLM as an employer of choice by promoting our company culture, values, and career opportunities.Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies to attract and engage candidates, including job postings, social media, employer branding initiatives, and participation in external events (i.e. Career Fairs).
Candidate Experience and Onboarding:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.Provide timely and transparent communication to candidates regarding their application status, interview feedback, and next steps.Collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues and Department Heads to facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), including candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring metrics.Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
