Clarendale at Bellevue Place

is looking for a hospitality focused full time Assistant Business Office Manager. This role will provide the Business Office Manager assistance performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:Assist Business Office Manager with the chart of accounts, invoice coding, approval process and meeting deadlines.Assist Business Office Manager with all data entry.Reconcile credit card transactions and prepare report to submit to Accounting.Maintain filing as assigned.Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.Reviews all expenses reports for accuracy and completeness.Performs other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate's Degree in Business Accounting and Finance preferred.Must have rental property software experience i.e., Yardi or a similar program.Advanced computer ability and communication skills.Must have knowledge and use of all Microsoft Office Suite products, Outlook, Word and Excel.Minimum two years' experience in an office or other professional environment as an administrative worker.
