Job Description:
The Quality Assurance intern will Perform the day-to-day delivery of Configuration Management (CMDB) services, taking general direction from the Configuration Management Manager to deliver work that will support ongoing configuration management operations and maintenance to the CMDB.
Specific responsibilities include:
Performing operational activities as defined by Configuration ManagerWorking to fulfill Configuration Management Item RequestsRuning and delivering reports as required
Qualifications:
Excellent technical skills: Proficiency in computer
Preferred Major:
Information Technology
