The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the Lateral Partner Recruitment team in recruiting top lateral partners by organizing and executing process and projects.
What You'll Do:
Enters and maintains lateral candidates in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in a timely manner;Prepares interview schedules, sends calendar invites, prepares meeting details, and creates material packets;Solicits and tracks interview feedback;Maintains candidate files;Assists in preparing meeting materials and PowerPoint presentations;Communicates with various Firm stakeholders across all levels of the Firm as needed;Assists with market research;Coordinates seamless interview process for candidates when visiting an office or on Zoom and ensures virtual interviews launch successfully;Coordinates conference room reservations;Maintains FileSite workspace for Lateral Partner Recruiting including saving docs/emails using approved naming conventions and maintaining general organization of files;Supports coordination of weekly communications/pipeline reporting;Assists with processing candidates in Workday (the firm's HR system);Prepares check requests for payment of various invoices and processes team expenses using ChromeRiver accounting software;Updates forms, as needed;Performs other duties as assigned or requestedAssists with special projects as needed.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree and at least 3 years of professional office experience.Strong computer skills/proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, comfort working with databases. Knowledge of/experience with LawCruit database, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint a plus. Must be comfortable with Outlook scheduling.Highly motivated; a self-starter who is able to juggle multiple projects.Impeccable attention to detail; strong written, verbal and communication skills.Strong sense of integrity, commitment, passion and sense of humor.Superior interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively, professionally, courteously and confidently with candidates, partners, headhunters and all levels of firm personnel and staff.Must be flexible and able to handle extended hours, and be available to work off-hours (particularly when interfacing with international headhunters and candidates in support of the London, Frankfurt and Hong Kong offices).Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.
