Summary

The Business Planning Administrator will be responsible for KPI management of North American plants, such as production, shipment, inventory, and allocation. This position will communicate and identify current agenda and ongoing issues related to production/quality/volume changes, and assist Kia NA management in devising an action plan. The Business Planning Administrator will support any ad-hoc tasks/reports as required by management.

Major Responsibilities

1st Priority - 50%

Communicate and identify current agenda and open issues about plant operation (production, quality, part shortages, etc.).Assist Kia NA management with devising action plan to address plant issuesUtilize problem solving skills to provide remedy to production issues/constraints and draft summary reports.2nd Priority - 40%

Create and submit North American plants daily performance report on major KPIs - including production, shipment, inventory, allocation, quality, and efficiency.Develop KPI tracking reports (model/region/engine) to monitor production/shipment performance of Kia NA plants.3rd Priority - 10%

Support Business Strategy group with any ad-hoc and/or administrative tasks as required by management including:

Data analysis/reporting, market research, collaborating/liaising between departments, other urgent assignments.

Education/Certification

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.Overall Experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business administration, manufacturing, statistics, or finance.Directly Related Experience

Intermediate experience in software such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.Strong time management and ability to collaborate with other departments.Ability to work and collaborate with other departments.Domestic and/or international travel may be required.Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay will be based on several variables that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, etc.
