Job Overview:

LHH is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client in the Marietta, GA area. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background in Human Resources, with a particular emphasis on payroll processing. Experience with Paycor is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Manage employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date

Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads and conducting initial interviews

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related queries

Coordinate training and development programs for staff

Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an HR Generalist with 5 years of experience

Extensive knowledge of payroll procedures and regulations

Familiarity with Paycor is an advantage

Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor legislation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Pay Details:

$60,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
