We are currently seeking a
Territory Manager
to support our Boston market.
The
Territory Manager
is responsible for calling on new and existing assigned customers for purposes of sales growth, promotional activities, new product introduction, problem resolution, customer training, and developing the dealer's business. This role is responsible for territory saturation and sales growth through excellence in customer service and utilization of company sales tools and systems. This role calls on customers independently, with the sales manager, in person and via phone calls. Additionally, this role reports on market competition and other territory sales influences.
What you'll be doing:
Provides excellent customer service through consistent and timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.Effectively communicates with assigned customers through direct purposeful sales calls, phone calls, texts, fax, email, mail, and other means as required.Conducts personal interactions with customers representative of a company with strong, ethical standardsProperly communicates customer issues with appropriate company personnel and vendorsResponsible for growth of new accounts and customer relationship development within the assigned territory.Maintains a complete, organized, and accurate e-mail group listing of dealers, non-dealers, premium dealers, and hydronic dealers and Ductless Pro dealersPreferred Job Requirements:
High School diploma or its GED equivalent and a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.5 or more years' experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.Minimum Job Requirements:
High School diploma or its GED equivalent and some college coursework in Business or related field.3 or more years' experience with HVAC B2B salesDemonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.What's in it for you:
