The
Territory Manager
is responsible for managing multiple territories in existing sales markets as well as developing new sales growth through the saturation of existing territories and building sales within the company's existing customer base. This role manages the Territory Managers to develop their sales skills, calls on customers, handles escalated customer issues, and keeps current on product lines as well as new products. Additionally, this role supports excellence in customer service.
What will you be doing?
Provides excellent customer service through timely customer interaction, problem resolution or escalation with effective and efficient follow-up.Promptly responds to customer inquiries via phone, email, or fax with courtesy in a professional demeanorAlways establishes and maintains professional business dealings with customers and vendorsConducts personal interactions with customers representative of a company with strong, ethical standardsProperly communicates customer issues with appropriate company personnel and vendorsSupports valued business relationships in all dealings with related departments aiming to resolve customer and other issues in a timely manner. Approaches peers and customers with a spirit of positive problem resolutionTerritory Sales Activities & PerformanceEffectively communicates with assigned customers through direct purposeful sales calls, phone calls, text, email, mail, and other means as required.Expertly facilitates problem resolution for assigned customers with issues related to customer service, accounts receivable, and product performance.Responsible for growth of new accounts and customer relationship development within the assigned territory.Responsible for sales penetration of assigned base customer accounts and customer relationship maintenance.Assists in meeting vendor goals and plans as directed by the Sales Manager.What do we need from you?
Preferred Job Requirements
3 or more years' experience with HVAC, sales, and related functions.High degree of personal ethics, customer service, and commitment to safety.Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis.Use computers, photocopiers, scanners, phone systems and meeting and virtual platform sharing relative to the needs of the job.Minimum keyboarding skills of 40 words per minute.What we offer?
