We are currently looking for a General Manager that loves people, executes brand standards, and enjoys making money!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Ensures guest satisfaction through a great attitude and a hands-on, lead by example management style• Utilizes leadership skills and motivates team members to ensure great guest experience• Inspects and observes team members and guests to ensure compliance with occupational, health, and safety standards and liquor regulations
Requirements• At least 5 years of upscale/fine dining Restaurant Management experience• At least 2 years of General Manager experience in upscale / fine dining establishment• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills• Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required• Stable and progressive work history; Strong work ethic
