Highlands Behavioral Health , an 86-bed private psychiatric haven nestled in Littleton, CO, just moments away from the heart of Denver. We are dedicated to providing exceptional mental health and chemical dependency care for our diverse patient population, and we are on the lookout for a dedicated Adolescent PMHNP to elevate our passionate medical-staff team.

provides a full continuum of mental health services to adolescents and adults suffering from mental health issues. Services include Inpatient/Crisis Stabilization, PHP, IOP, and Outpatient care.

Manage daily care for assigned book of patients including initial psychiatric evaluations, follow-up visits, and patient discharges.Patient population:

Adolescents aged 11+ and adults, inpatient acute setting, average daily caseload of 15 encounters.Compensation and Benefits

Salary range:

$145,000-$155,000 (determined by years of direct work experience, job fit, and other factors).Financial incentives:

Required Education and LicensureActive Colorado Nurse Practitioner license in good standing or ability to obtain one.Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner education training program.Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.1+ years prior work experience (excluding clinical or practicum hours) working in a similar inpatient setting.Experience or interest in working with children or adolescents is highly preferred.
