157-bed standalone psychiatric hospital offering a full continuum of care.Everett Campus:
30-bed adult psychiatric facility in Everett at Providence Medical Center's Pacific Campus.Monroe Campus:
34-bed facility located at Evergreen Health in Monroe.Fairfax Behavioral Health
offers a complete continuum of acute inpatient, PHP, IOP, Patriot Support Program for Active Duty, Veterans, and First Responders, and Women's-focused programs. With over 94 years of service, we are dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care. Manageable and Sustainable Caseload:
Adult inpatient caseload consisting of 15-18 total encounters per day.Flexible Schedule:
Generally, Monday-Friday, day shifts.Primary Duties:
Initial psychiatric evaluations, assessments, treatment team leadership, and patient discharges.Work-Life Balance:
Occasional once monthly weekend rounding and once per week evening call coverage by phone only.Please note:
This position
requires 3+ years
of previous PMHNP/APRN work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours are not included).
Benefits and Compensation
Salary range: $180,000-$200,000 depending on experience and job fit.$10,000 Sign-On Bonus.Robust benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, company-matched 401K, ST/LT disability, and more.Malpractice insurance covered.25 days Paid Time Off annually.5 CME days + reimbursable expenses.Full-time, employed W-2 position.
Required Education, Experience, Licensure, & CertificationsEducation:
NP degree from an accredited and recognized program required.Certifications:
Post graduate PMHNP certificate required.Licensure:
Current Washington APRN license in good standing.Credentialing:
Meet all credentialing criteria required by participating providers.Required Experience:
3+ years prior PMHNP work experience (clinical rotations and preceptor hours not included).
