You must be willing to work in the Annapolis Junction, MD area.You must have a current or active security clearance with a polygraph.Over the last 20+ years, you have gained demonstrated experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Experience with identity federation, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA) solutionsExpertise in designing, implementing, and managing Entra ID and Active Directory services in both on-premises and cloud environmentsProficiency in scripting languages (eg, PowerShell) for automation and configuration management tasksProven experience as an Entra ID Engineer, Active Directory Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on cloud migration and Azure integrationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms, including identity management, authentication mechanisms, and security controlsYou Day to Day will include but not limited to
Key Responsibilities:•Lead and oversee the migration of Entra ID and Active Directory services to Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure platforms.•Develop and implement strategies, processes, and procedures for the effective migration of Entra ID and Active Directory to the cloud.•Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to assess current on-premises environments, identify migration requirements, and establish migration timelines.•Ensure the readiness and compatibility of on-premises systems for cloud integration and migration.•Design and implement security measures, policies, and controls to safeguard Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud environment.•Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and reliability of Entra ID and Active Directory services in the cloud.•Provide technical expertise and support for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Entra ID and Active Directory services.•Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate IT teams and end-users on new cloud-based Entra ID and Active Directory functionalities.•Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Entra ID, Active Directory, M365, and Azure technologies.•Collaborate with vendors and external partners as needed to support migration and ongoing operations.
Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
