Cetera Financial Group (CFG) is currently seeking a
Customer Insights Analyst
to uncover new insights to help elevate the experience of advisors, end clients, and employees. This is a unique opportunity to partner with multiple teams across the company to deliver in-depth analytics and synthesized findings that help drive business decisions and strategy. What you will do:Responsible for delivering in-depth analysis and insights that identify opportunities that support Cetera's goal of optimizing all aspects of the advisor and client experience.Deliver on all aspects of Voice of Customer (VoC) analyses and reporting including role-based automated dashboards, driver analysis, text analytics, trend analysis, and opportunity assessments.Synthesize disparate data from diverse sources, including internal systems, secondary reports, and primary research, utilizing analytical techniques to distill complex information into actionable insights.Provide support and partner with vendors on various survey tools and associated systems spanning survey design/triggers, automating processes, and establishing closed-loop systems.Partner with key stakeholders and technology teams while maintaining an active role in identifying data/process gaps and working with extended teams to find viable solutions.What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required; majors in Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Research, Statistics, or a related field are preferred.2-3 years of experience in analytics or insights roles.Strong analytical skills with experience taking on challenging projects that use a variety of data sources.Intermediate-to-advanced hands-on experience with Excel (e.g., charts, pivots, lookups, formulas, etc.).Ability to summarize complex findings clearly and concisely.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.What is nice to have:
Experience with Power BI and other data analytic / visualization tools.Business intelligence in research and survey tools such as Tableau and Qualtrics.Knowledge of the financial industry and independent broker-dealers is preferred.Compensation:
The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. Compensation ranges may differ in differing locations due to cost of labor considerations.
