As a Deputy to the Head of Growth Operations & Analytics, you’ll act as a highly critical right-hand resource and be responsible for strategic planning processes and initiatives, serving as deputy business leader for business improvement and transformation projects, and work closely with matrix partners & leaders to strengthen and drive Cetera’s overall value proposition and achieve improved organic topline revenue growth, retention and competitive positioning.

This position reports to our Head of Growth Operations & Analytics with an expectation of travel to key Cetera locations and in-person business meetings, as needed. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you will do:

In collaboration with Growth Org Channel partners, responsible for the strategic planning and coordination of initiatives, projects, process improvements and other developments designed to improve efficiencies, effectiveness, bottom-line revenue within the Growth Org.

Work with the Growth Org leaders to develop, review, analyze and leverage business intelligence & reporting (e.g., scorecard, attrition, sales pipelines, etc.) to drive results.

Manage internal meetings (e.g., Revenue Council & President’s Forum) including setting agendas, preparation of materials and driving for action follow-up.

Project Leader for mission critical projects such as organization design, enterprise commissions, and sales transformation.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand business needs, create roadmaps and facilitate process implementation.

Responsible for representing and driving the interests and needs of the Growth Org within corporate meetings and committees such as Change Governance, Enterprise Readiness & Impact, Operating Council(s), Program enhancement and Salesforce Governance.

Manage the support & execution of field meetings and conferences.

Facilitate and lead the partnership with Finance data reporting & business operations teams to secure accurate & timely data.

Review business source data, complete reasonability analysis of data and verify accuracy.

What you need to have:

Bachelor’s degree required.

10+ years of experience in Wealth Management and/or Broker Dealer roles with progressive experience and responsibility in business analytics, sales operations, and business transformation.

Proven effectiveness in partnering, engaging and working with cross-functional and leadership teams.

Strategic and forward-thinking orientation, with the ability to achieve short- and long-term goals and results.

Strong written and oral communication skills with strong strategic influencing skills.

Strong planning/organization skills and high attention to detail.

Compensation Range:

The base annual salary range for this role is $190,000 to $220,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
