About this Role

Fleet Analyst is responsible for reporting to management the status and financial information of the fleet as well as areas of focus when it comes to safety, under-utilization, fuel spend, and potential misuse of fleet equipment. They ensure fixed assets are disposed/capitalized as needed and coordinate our equipment locations for personal property tax reporting.

What You'll Do

Generate weekly reports on status of PAR's active fleet along with safety scores, idle percentages, and Sunday driving activityCompile reports for VP of Fleet Operations analyzing weekly and monthly trends of various types of equipmentEvaluate fleet fuel spend, then report areas of improvement to Senior VP's and division managersOversee the capitalization and depreciation of all assets in accordance with PAR's accounting policyEnsure assets sold or scrapped are disposed and retiredIdentify monthly changes in depreciation expenseCoordinate with the A/R and A/P departments regarding the coding of auction proceeds, intercompany transfers, and invoicesReconcile monthly rollforward and scrap accountsAll other duties as assignedWhat You'll Bring

Communicate with the property tax vendor regarding the location of our equipment to timely declare business personal propertyWork with Risk Management to process claims5 years' Fleet equipment and Fixed Asset experienceAbility to work overtime as needed during Month-End close and/or special projectsAbility to effectively communicate with multiple departments in a fast-paced environmentMust be advanced in Microsoft Excel including lookups/pivot tables/chartsProficient in Microsoft Outlook and WordJD Edwards/Hubble Experience - Highly PreferredStrong analytical skills, with the ability to multi-taskTrustworthy with a strong work ethicDetail orientedWhat You'll Get

Compensation Range

The anticipated compensation for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - depending on experience and qualifications.
