Haverhill on Clark is a brand new 277- unit affordable housing community located in Pittsfield Township. The community is currently under construction due to open in December of 2024.

Job Duties:

Administration of the community operating budget including the control of monthly expenses.Assist in annual budgeting process.Ensure that all financial reporting, records and paperwork are processed correctly and in a timely manner.Oversight and management of tax credit compliance requirements.Lease apartments, conduct market survey/shop the competition; inspect vacant units, and process evictions.Inspect and walk the property daily, coordinate all building improvements, repairs, and maintenance with maintenance supervisor.Maintain a customer-centered service culture by demonstrating proactive hospitality with prospects, residents, and vendors.Maintain the community in an attractive manner at all times.Supervise and monitor all associates at the property.Assist in hiring, development, discipline, and employment termination of all site personnel.Assemble complete and detailed credit and income information, along with necessary verification documents for prospective residents' approval and recertification.Seek innovative approaches and solutions which may improve property performance.Maintain clear lines of communication.All other duties as assigned.Skills and knowledge necessary for satisfactory performance include but are not limited to:

Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Must have a valid driver's license.3-5 years of managerial experience in property management.Ability to communicate effectively with residents, employees, and vendors.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team of employees.Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, rental database software, and recruitment/ electronic file software.
