Portland Braces and The Modern Orthodontist
are excited to add a Practice Manager to our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of leadership experience. In this dynamic role you will support the people and culture, as well as the operational needs of a fast-paced clinic to ensure optimal practice performance with the overall goal of enhancing the patient's experience.
As the Practice Manager you are a team player, self-motivated, flexible, and always willing to learn. This role will be performed from our Portland, OR and Vancouver, WA office locations.
Full-time
$75,000 - $80,000/year

Train and coach the team on new processes and techniques.Support with all aspects of practice operations (e.g., treatment coordinating, scheduling, patient correspondence, third party services, etc.)Support patients with starting treatment, by working with the responsible party to design financial payment plans that work for them and help our patients attain the beautiful smile they've always wanted.Complete monthly reports on key performance metrics.Submitting of payroll and timesheet management.Respond to escalated concerns as needed. Addressing, solving, and reporting as issues arise.Has a thorough understanding of the flow of the office and the new patient process, and the desire to learn all roles to help with training and coverage as needed.Lead and maintain communication with the doctors and team through morning/afternoon huddles, team meetings, communication boards to foster an inclusive and team-based environment.Assisting in marketing campaigns & social media posts.Assist with coordinating community sponsorship programs, events, and office contributions.About you:
You are a self-starter, willing to roll up your sleeves, get things done, and complete action items.Have strong business acumen, with an ability to understand the practice P&L, continuously looking for efficiency and cost savings.You are exceptionally organized, have superior attention to detail, and can both multitask and prioritize appropriately.The ability to coach, guide and integrate teams effectively.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships.Well-developed leadership and collaboration skills.You are aligned with our company vision and values, which guide how we work.What you will bring - qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business, office administration, or related field.Two years' previous experience managing a team.Previous experience in an orthodontic, dental, or medical environment.Prior experience in a customer service role.One or more years of formal leadership experience with demonstrated ability to coach and develop others is preferred.For more information about our practices, please visit our websites at:
