HR Generalist .
This particular role would be responsible for full-cycle recruiting as well as employee relations for the Kenosha facility.
Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a point of contact for all HR related functions.
• Handle all recruiting, interviewing, onboarding and orientation process of new candidates
• Process new employee background checks, MVR's, Employment/ Reference Verifications, etc.
• Process bi-weekly payroll.
• Enter all new hires personal information into Paycom
• Maintain associates' time cards to ensure they are paid accurately on a bi-weekly basis using Paycom.
• Review time cards and other related information to detect and reconcile any discrepancies and policy violations.
• Manage employee relation issues, benefits, disciplinary action, worker's compensation accident, auto/liability accidents and day to day HR operations.
• Manage audits, OSHA reporting, Benefits renewals, Open enrollment .
• Review HR documents for accuracy and completeness (I-9 documentation and W4 Tax forms).
• Assist with Vacation or Personal Time Off requests.
• Perform other clerical duties such as special projects and Job Fairs.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
• Must be available to work in-person, 5 days/week.
• Must have 4+ years of experience working in the Food Manufacturing Industry as an HR Generalist.
• Must be Bilingual, Spanish.
• Must have a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced work environment.
• Must have excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working with Paycom is a plus.
• PC/Mac literacy, and great Microsoft Office skills.
• PHR/SHRM-CP preferred.
