Job Description
The Central Services Director is responsible for the strategic, financial, and operational effectiveness of key ministries and functions, reporting to the COO. A full-time position, the schedule is generally Monday through Friday, including weekend responsibilities. This position is exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
ResponsibilitiesOperating Units: Responsible for the strategy, ministry impact, and financial performance of Mariners Church Operating Units - the Preschool, Cafe, and Bookstore.Facilities: Responsible for Facilities and the maintenance, efficient operation, and management of all Mariners Church congregations.Safety & Security: Responsible for Safety and Security, ensuring standard procedures and protocols are implemented throughout all congregations.Fleet Management: Responsible for the Mariners' fleet of vehicles, overseeing the operation and maintenance of all vehicles used by Mariners Church.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required5 years of work or ministry experience overseeing multiple direct reportsIncludes weekend responsibilitiesWorking knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft applicationsAdditional Information
