This paid internship experience is an opportunity to help drive business results in an environment designed to promote and reward diversity, innovation and leadership. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a bachelor ' s or master ' s degree program.

The Human Resources team delivers next-generation strategies for engaging talented professionals with meaningful careers in the grocery retail industry, including associate experience, talent development, organizational development and changes, recruiting, and diversity, equity and inclusion. This intern will have an opportunity to work on projects with our Human Resources, Early Talent, Workforce Analytics and Associate Engagement teams.

Working towards a degree in Human Resources or similarIntermediates skill with Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience working in a collaborative group settingExperience using analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate clearly, appropriately and effectivelyAbility to succeed while working independently
