BigBear.ai
is seeking a Strategic Management Consultant to supports our customer's Strategic Cybersecurity Program (CSP). The CSP was established to mitigate the threat to key weapons and space systems. This program oversees the production of cybersecurity scorecards and remediation plans to ensure that critical U.S. weapons and space systems are not vulnerable to cyber adversaries. The plans include both mitigations and monitoring, and cover all warfighting domains — air, land, sea, space and cyber.
What you will do
As a member of this team you will interact with points of contact from all the services to collect and assess information to produce reports that are reviewed by the highest levels of leadership. Work with operations and technical stakeholders to develop programs and resourcing of those programs in response to strategic plans and direction Review and understand large amounts of data and make insights to inform strategy Work directly with stakeholders to develop, solicit, and edit “1-pagers” describing emerging security trends Consolidate and summarize opinions and survey data What you need to have
Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph BA/BS degree with 5+ years of experience, or;
Advanced Degree (MA/MS) with 3+ years of experience, or;8 total years experience
Understanding of Department of Defense strategic plans and priorities Experience in gathering and translating executive-level guidance into actionable initiatives; collecting information from multiple sources and creating executive summaries; identifying and prioritizing tasks. Demonstrated experience with Excel worksheets and techniques to include building pivot tables and graphs Excellent writing skills and experience with the MS Suite of Office tools are required.
