Overview:
The Zwilling Internship Program provides an invaluable opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within the cookware and cutlery industry, specifically in Human Resources (HR). Interns will be exposed to various HR functions, including leadership development, employee relations, HR operations, and more. This internship offers a behind-the-scenes look at HR processes within an established global organization, allowing students to develop skills that will enhance their professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with the HR team on employee engagement initiatives and company-wide communications.Participate in special HR projects and contribute to process improvements.Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.Mentorship and Learning Opportunities:
Throughout the internship, each intern will be assigned a dedicated mentor who will guide them through their role, helping them navigate the HR function and learn best practices in the industry. Interns will have the chance to collaborate with various departments, gaining exposure to cross-functional HR responsibilities.
Qualifications:
Must be a full-time student in an undergraduate or graduate program, attending school in Westchester County or the NY Metro area.Interest in Human Resources or related fields.Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Core Competencies:

This Internship is open to Students able to work between 10-20 hours per week on-site in Pleasantville, NY
