Position: International Personnel Security Specialist
Clearance: Top Secret
Work Location: Arlington, VA
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday onsite (Regular Full-time)

Position Summary
We are looking for a skilled International Personnel Security (PERSEC) Specialist to oversee and support personnel security requirements within Special Access Program Facilities (SAPF). The role includes managing security databases, processing access requests, and ensuring compliance with NISPOM and DoD 5205.07, Volume 2 standards for highly sensitive programs.
Duties shall include, but are not limited to the following:
Administer and update information in client security databases.Track and maintain PERSEC information, including clearance statuses, SAP access, security training records, personnel information files (PIFs), and visit certifications (VAR).Process Program Access Requests (PARs) and associated documentation through the JSFPO processing system, following the JADE SOP requirements.Manage program quota rosters and track monthly reporting numbers for the Program Manager.Additional duties as assigned.Key Requirements:
Security Clearance: Current Top Secret Clearance requiredLocation: Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VAPosition Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of DoD security regulations, including NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Vol. 2, and JAFAN.Working with Senior Military Leaders and foreign military sales customers.Leading a security team (preferred).Managing PAR workflow, with proven process improvement skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and technical writing skills.Excellent customer service and briefing skills.Fluent in English, both spoken and written.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Teams, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe tools.Flexibility to work outside typical office hours as needed.Must meet client suitability requirements and pass a security screening interview.Pendleton Solutions, LLC is an equal employment opportunity employer.
