The Opportunity:
Step into a leadership role where you'll elevate revenue management and drive growth strategies for a renowned luxury hotel property in the heart of Southern California. In this role, you'll be a core player in setting strategic direction, working closely with hotel leaders to enhance operational standards and optimize revenue streams.
Your Role and Impact:
Shape and implement innovative strategies for revenue growth, distribution, digital marketing, and revenue optimization.Identify and leverage new revenue opportunities to keep us at the forefront of the market.Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports to drive decision-making.Foster impactful partnerships to optimize distribution channels.Challenge and inspire our team to achieve service excellence and high operational standards.Build strong relationships across teams, sharing insights and strategies to maximize performance.What You Bring:
4-5 years of experience in revenue management, with a record of success in upscale and luxury hotel settings.Proven expertise in strategy development, with a focus on group, transient, and corporate revenue.Hands-on experience repositioning hotels to increase revenue and elevate brand presence.Strong understanding of current hospitality trends, market shifts, and economic conditions.A bachelor's degree, along with standout leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with online reservation and revenue management systems, with adaptability to new tech.
