In addition to advanced and innovative patient care at University Hospitals and clinics, USA's medical education programs provide first-class training experiences for the next generation of physicians and scientists. The Department of Neurology at the Frederick P. Whiddon College of Medicine is seeking a General Neurologist at the Assistant, Associate Professor or Professor rank. Duties include patient care at USA Health University Hospital, the primary referral center for the region, and teaching medical students and residents. A successful candidate will interact with an interdisciplinary team of health care professionals, dealing with a broad range of neurologic disease. Call is anticipated to be no more than one in six taken in one-week block with in house resident coverage; this call includes stroke coverage. Level of appointment is open and will be commensurate with training, experience, and academic productivity. We offer competitive compensation and benefits.
