Costco IT is seeking an ambitious Recruiting Coordinator to join our IT recruiting team. This critical role is essential in providing a high-quality experience for prospective candidates. As part of our front-line team alongside recruiters, the Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless recruiting and candidate experience from start to finish.
The primary responsibility of the Recruiting Coordinator is to schedule and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role may involve overseeing various recruitment activities, including managing recruitment processes for diverse positions, organizing recruitment events, handling job postings and social media efforts, reviewing candidates, conducting screenings, and delivering feedback to candidates.
Job Duties/Essential Functions
• Schedules and coordinates interviews.
• Serves as the primary point of contact throughout the interview process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Answers phone calls and emails, providing solutions and forwarding messages to recruiters and leadership.
• Assists in organizing recruiting events.
• Welcomes candidates in the office, prepares hiring managers for interviews, and maintains organized interview schedules.
• Requests and tracks candidate feedback following interviews.
• Updates spreadsheets related to onboarding and drug screening processes.
• Maintains and refreshes managers' scheduling spreadsheets as needed.
• Collaborates with senior leadership to create and update Job Posting Description templates.
• Posts and refreshes job postings across various job boards and recruitment channels.
• Coordinates and facilitates new hire drug screenings.
• Develops, implements, and trains staff on new processes to enhance efficiency.
• Keeps detailed, organized records of all communications.
• Assists recruiters in sharing interview feedback and ensures timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Adheres to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, while upholding our Code of Ethics and company initiatives.
• Manages projects across multiple locations effectively.
• Supports AdHoc projects as assigned.
• Regular and reliable workplace attendance at your assigned location.

• Competence in data entry and data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and rapidly growing environments.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong skills in handling sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
• Technically proficient with various social media platforms and modern communication tools.Recommended:
