Job Description
Commercial Loan Administrator
gpac, a recruiting company with over 30 years in the recruiting industry is working a local Community Bank that is looking to add a Loan Administrator to the Commercial Lending Team.
The Commercial Loan Administrator (CLA) is a client facing role that requires working knowledge of basic regulatory practices as well as our loan products and how they are unique. The CLA is the point of contact for commercial banking relationships as well as supporting the loan officers and portfolio managers with creating and preparing the loan packages.
General Responsibilities:Provide daily support to multiple loan officers, relationship managers, portfolio managers and closing attorneys
Request, gather and organize loan documents
Ensures all documents are accurate and complete for internal and external loan reviews and audits
Work directly with loan officers and clients to provide updates
Coordinate closing parties and required documentation
Qualifications:
2+ years of banking experience is preferred
Familiar with titles policies and closing procedures
Assumes responsibility for solving customer problems, handling service issues politely and efficiently and following appropriate procedures
Team oriented, proactive and strong time management skills
