We are currently searching for an enthusiastic, team-oriented Strategy Consultant/vCIO who desires to advance his/her career by bringing talent to a dynamic, high functioning team that is focused on serving others. The right candidate will be working with influential churches and organizations across Enable's client base. The Strategy Consultant /vCIO is a key role that works to align our clients' technology strategy to their broader organizational strategy. This role provides overall technology direction to clients by building relationships with and maintaining proactive communication between the client staff, Enable's engineering team, partners, and other vendors to define and execute the client's technology roadmap.

What the job looks like:Meet with client staff as needed to understand the business, ministry, and technology challenges they seek to solve. Identify ways that Enable can serve the client and provide solutions to those problems.Define technology strategy for clients, working with Enable's engineering team to design architecture, and technology roadmap in alignment with the client's objectives.Collaborate with Enable engineering team to prepare proposals for Enable consulting services and projects.Manage vendor and partner relationships with other technology providers, such as ISP, copier/printer vendors, software manufacturers, surveillance vendors, etc., including writing and reviewing RFPs for solutions by other providers. Understand the client's needs so that you can communicate to other vendors what the successful solution will provide.Serve as point person for projects, often as project manager, working alongside the engineering team to ensure that problems are correctly defined and projects are designed and executed to solve problems in alignment with the organization's overall strategy.Prepare short- and long-term client IT budgets. Communicate with clients to help provide the justification necessary to secure funding for IT needs.Execute the client's technology roadmap by communicating with the client and internal resources to maintain momentum and hold each other accountable to the agreed upon strategy.Perform Quarterly Partnership Reviews to communicate with the client and ensure that Enable is serving the client in their best interests. Equip clients to make decisions regarding their technology roadmap. Proactively identify problems and offer solutions before these issues prevent the client from achieving their goals.Maintain accurate service records, time entries, etc. in Enable's Professional Service Automation system (Connectwise).What We're Looking for:
Strong written and verbal communication skills (ability to prepare & present proposals to clients)Strong problem solving skills including engaging team members for assistanceStrong attention to detailProven ability to build relationships with teammates and clientsAbility to set and manage expectations with teammates and clientsAbility to prioritize competing demands on time and quickly produce client deliverablesAbility to create unique strategies and solutions for multiple diverse clients, keeping in mind the unique needs, goals, culture, etc. of eachHigh level understanding of small and medium business technology, cloud services, Microsoft and Apple ecosystems, general networking and systems principlesAbility to learn new technologies and their relationships to other technologies rapidlyFamiliarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Google G Suite, both from the perspective of consultant and as a user (Enable relies heavily on Microsoft Office 365 for business operations)Our wish list:
