Job Description:The Clinical Support Specialist will oversee students in their clinical rotations in the hospital setting per the guidelines in place by the college in the adjunct faculty handbook, job description, and course description as well as the guidelines of the organization they are assigned to.
Duties and Tasks:
Oversee students in their clinical rotationsProvide support to student during clinical hoursEmployees must reside in Virginia, Maryland, or the District of Columbia.Minimum Qualifications:

Flexibility and ability to prioritize and work independentlyExcellent interpersonal skillsExcellent analytical skillsExcellent oral/written communication skillsCritical thinking and clinical judgement skillsAbility to use instructional technologyAbility to teach a diverse student population
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with a major in Nursing from a regionally accredited institutionCurrent license to practice as a registered nurse in Virginia.A minimum of 2 years of direct nursing care experience in an in-patient setting.Preferred Qualifications:
