The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers. Develop, execute and taking the lead in reporting on detailed demand, inventory, purchase and/or delivery plans for categories, customers, or product types. Analyze data and make recommendations in order to achieve profitability, customer coverage and inventory goals. Gather, analyze and compile data related to demand and inventory plans. Audit and ensure validity of data. Prepare data and graphs in a manner that effectively supports decision making. Develop and publish regular reports to update management.
The GTMO Change management team has rolled out a comprehensive comms work back process to drive speed and scale of GT communications going to out to GT and/or business stakeholders on behalf of programs, leaders or action required as a new change to users. The process provides a clear work back plan with templates and steps to build the comm plan, find the impacted users for the communication and draft the communication. Our CM team oversees the approval process and reviews each comm going out. Not all communications are emails.The team needs capacity to go train up domain teams on how to do divestiture comms. This role will be both training new teams on the comms process, reviewing communications and adjusting to scale our abilities to automate our communications flows. Strong communication and training skills as well as understanding of technology.
