Key Responsibilities:

Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a harmonious workplace.Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.Administer PTO, FMLA, and disability pay processes.Manage employee benefits programs, assisting employees with inquiries and enrollments.Conduct talent acquisition efforts, including screening and interviewing candidates.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role.Proficient in Paylocity or ADP.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration.Self-motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.#ZR#ZR
