Oversee purchase ordersEnter and review electronic purchase orders via the Buyer Worksheet applicationRevise purchase orders daily and follow the purchase order changeAssist buyers and the merchandising Manager with administrative and clerical tasksMonitor vendor shipmentsPerform data entryCoordinate travel for merchants and vendors as necessaryManage communication with internal and external stakeholdersMonitor weekly spending budgets as necessaryOther administrative office tasks as necessary
