We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help us change the way the world works.
Here, your primary focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services (internal and external). You will be working as the technical resource to help manage the work as well as coach other Salesforce administrators and developers on the team. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and creating quality product is essential.
This is a highly technical role that will interface with our business leaders. This role will work closely with the rest of the Business Operations team to ensure consistency across processes and systems that are being followed by the entire business.

As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will:Perform development, testing, code review, and documentation as it relates to Salesforce.comIntegrate Salesforce with other systems and applications, ensuring data consistency and seamless workflowParticipate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancementsAdept at analyzing business problems and breaking it down into actionable work itemsProactively identify opportunities for building scalable solutionsMaintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, processes as well as integrationsBe a reliable point of escalation and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and resolve issues in a timely mannerInterface with business stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating a technology roadmap to the businessYou have experience with other tools commonly used in a sales/marketing environment e.g. Marketo, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo etc.Reviewing legacy functionality and replacing it with best practices.Oversee all administrative functions within Salesforce, including user, license, and security management.Stay current with Salesforce best practices, industry trends, and new features to recommend and implement improvementsYOU:
You are an experienced Salesforce certified professional with 7+ years of direct experience in Salesforce Development and administration demonstrating career progression and increasing complexity of workHave worked in fast-paced environments with a complex Salesforce instance, preferably in the enterprise software space with Salesforce Sales, Lightning & Service Cloud offeringsExperience with Salesforce APIs, Web Services, and RESTful integrationsStrong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and integration capabilitiesExcellent time management and autonomy skills, working independently and as part of a teamA critical thinker with a passion for finding technical solutions to business problemsAbility to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processesExcellent communication skills for interacting with stakeholders in requirements gathering, design, proof-of-concept demonstrations, implementation, and support of solutions we manageProven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across multiple systemsSalesforce certification in administration and/or development is a must have.Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with other platforms via APIs and other methodsBonus Points: Experience working with sales, marketing and sales operations team
