Position Summary Information
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Plan, develop, coordinate, implement, and supervise a variety of workshops and varied professional development opportunities for large groups, small groups, and individual professional development to include both full-time and part-time faculty.Establish a centralized digital repository of teaching and research resources and oversee the distribution of these resources to support the development of the instructional community.Collaborate with Center for Teaching and Learning faculty team members in supporting and meeting the pedagogical and research needs of individual faculty membersStay abreast of literature on teaching and learning and network with national groups and individuals.Facilitate discussions on topics related to the scholarship of teaching and learning and the improvement of teaching.Work with various entities to identify grant opportunities and develop proposals to support endeavors of the Center.Additional duties as required.Qualifications
Education/Qualifications:
A Master's degree or higherPrior experience working in a Center for Teaching and Learning on a college campusRecord of teaching excellence at the college level.Prior experience leading faculty development that contributed to measured, enhanced student success, particularly among diverse first-generation students.Expertise in educational technology.SalaryCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university's resources.

Doctorate or terminal degreeExperience pursuing and obtaining grant support for curriculum design or faculty development.Experience with generative AI
