PROGRAM SUMMARY :Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) is a 24/7 community based, multi-disciplinary team, serving individuals with a severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) to help them reach their recovery goals in the least restrictive environment possible. ACT Staff work as a cohesive team to provide comprehensive treatment to those individuals through therapy, substance use disorder treatments, connection to resources, skill building, and lived experience. Team members meet with individuals in their homes and the community where they may live and work and in rare cases will meet with people in the clinic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities include:Plans, manages, and directs the daily operations of Highland Rivers Behavioral Health Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team, a team of 10; providing both direct supervisions to team members including monitoring and tracking workflow and day-to-day work of ACT team members.Provides billable direct services to ACT Individuals through counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and other direct service to individual participants.Oversee and ensures, through delegation, the provision of all clinical service to all assigned program areas.Participates in developing, managing, and maintaining a collaborative and cooperative service environment in the community at large.Monitors ACT Team services to ensure compliance with fidelity, accreditation standards, governing boards, and individuals in daily operations of assigned areas.Provides oversight and completion of monthly reports internally to Highland Rivers as well as external reports to the Regional Office, DBHDD, etc.Monitors, assesses and evaluates programs to determine compliance and progress in meeting established goals.Provides clinical oversight for all clinical program operations and staff in addition to providing clinical support to staff who are on-call, in the event a licensed clinician is needed.Responsible for keeping all charts in compliance with the ASO, QI, CARF, DBHDD, HFR, and other accreditation standards.Establishes professional and ethical relationships with individuals, families and co-workers.Recruit, hire, and train new team members to perform standards outlined within their performance evaluations.Displays flexibility, cooperation and a positive attitude.Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner and requests directions and supervision when appropriate.Uses initiative and judgement to assure that circumstances requiring attention are referred to the appropriate team member.Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.Benefits:

MINIMUM

QUALIFICATIONS :

Georgia professional license: LPC, LCSW or LMFT; or associate license: APC, LMSW; or licensed RN3 - 5 years' experience working with SPMI, substance abuse and dual diagnosis preferred1 year supervisory experience preferredBilingual abilities a plus
