This role will be accountable for the design, development, and implementation of talent processes, programs, and systems, including talent acquisition, employee relations, professional and leadership development, engagement, performance management, and total rewards to ensure people's capability, organizational design, and learning experiences can deliver on the company's strategic initiatives.

What You Get To Do Everyday:

Develop, execute, and evolve a talent acquisition strategy and framework that meets the organization's short and long-term talent needs.Advise and counsel managers and employees on people-related matters.Collaborate with business leaders on change initiatives, providing subject matter expertise in change management strategies, tools, and resources.Manage the program delivery and execution of talent initiatives, including developing materials and presentations that are engaging, inspiring, and inclusive. Apply a data-driven approach to measuring the effectiveness of initiatives and continuously iterate to improve results.Deliver and/or facilitate learning and development programs to operationalize a culture of lifelong learning while leveraging the 70:20:10 Learning and Development Model.Utilize key HR metrics, data, and reports, including employee engagement and pulse surveys, to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in culture, leadership, processes, and practices.Oversee the administration of salary structures; conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning and equity within the organization; and lead the annual compensation review process, including communicating budgets and guidelines, providing reports, collecting recommendations, and coordinating the review process with leadership.Manage the talent review and succession planning process.Lead, develop, and mentor team members in the functional areas.Make business decisions that are financially responsible, accountable, justifiable, and defensible in accordance with organization policies and procedures.Perform other position-related duties as assigned.You Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldEight years or more of broad HR experience, including talent acquisition, employee relations, professional and leadership development, engagement, performance management, and total rewardsFive years or more of project and process management experienceThree years or more of HR business partner experienceAdvanced computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPointDemonstrated strategic mindset, effective consulting, and influencing skillsService and results-oriented, high attention to detail, critical thinking, and with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication (written and verbal), facilitation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProven ability to collaborate and build trust within complex organizational relationships, within teams, and one-on-oneProven ability to be hands-on, roll up sleeves, and demonstrate resourcefulness and initiativeFlexibility, adaptability, agility; able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneouslyHas a mindset of continuous improvementHigh level of discretion - ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriatelyWe'd Love to See:
