Position Mission
The Procurement Specialist is responsible for the administrative support functions of the Client Service Manager (CSM) team in following established procedures and policies for implementing and managing all client related services for their assigned clients.
ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Support the client service management team on an as needed basis including scheduling client meetings, meeting agendas and follow-up notes, and overseeing the client meeting management processes.Procurement
- Oversee the client procurement processes including quotes, contract management and ongoing purchasing needs for their assigned responsibilities.Client Surveys
- Oversee the client survey process including quarterly ticket surveys, annual customer surveys and client service manager surveys.Metrics
- Maintain and report on CSM metrics.PSOW
- Ensure client project statements of work are completed and signed off in a timely manner.Client-site Ticket Review
- Review client tickets on a weekly basis, or more frequently as needed, to ensure tickets are being updated/managed based on service level agreements.Record Keeping
- Create, update and maintain all client related policies and forms.Requirements
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferredProven work experience with purchasing or procurementProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
