KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Program Manager, Senior, to join our team. This position will require fully onsite work at NAS Pax River located in St. Mary's County, MD. This position is contingent upon contract award.

This position will act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort. They will serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the Task Order (TO). This position will oversee contractor execution of the TO requirements and manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.

Primary Duties:Act as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.Serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government contracts and technical representatives on technical, schedule, and cost aspects for all projects on the Task Order TO.Oversee Contractor execution of the TO requirements and manage acquisition and employment of program/project resources.Skills and Qualifications:

Masters Degree-In lieu of a Master's degree a Bachelor's Degree may be substituted plus two (2) yearsadditional work experience performing duties described in the job description.

- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree a Associates Degree may be substituted plus four (4)years additional work experience performing duties described in the job description.

- In lieu of a Associates degree six (6) years additional work experience performingduties described in the job description may be substituted.

Over 10 years of combined experience performing job description duties with at least 5 of those years overseeing contractor execution of the contract requirements and managing acquisition and employment of program/project resourcesAt least 5 years of experience managing a large (>15) cross-functional team and overseeing contractor or program execution supporting NAVAIR (desired)Clearance:This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

Compensation:While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $125,000 to $160,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
