This is a remote role strictly for candidates within the United States.

As a Remote Recruiting Coordinator at

ORIONYX ENGINEERING LTD. , you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts to attract top engineering talent. This position involves coordinating various aspects of the hiring process while ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and the HR team to facilitate effective recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Posting and Advertising:

Create and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.Collaborate with hiring managers to determine the best channels for attracting qualified candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:

Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including online databases, social media, and networking events.Maintain and update a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.

Interview Coordination:

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.Communicate interview details, including format (virtual or in-person), timing, and expectations to both candidates and interviewers.

Candidate Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their application status and next steps.

Application Management:

Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job qualifications.Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring that all candidate data is accurate and up-to-date.

Onboarding Support:

Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, coordinating necessary paperwork, training schedules, and orientation sessions.Collaborate with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new employees.

Data Management and Reporting:

Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate diversity.Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data to improve processes.

Employer Branding:

Help promote the Orionyx culture and values through various channels, including social media and job postings.Participate in initiatives to enhance the candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

Compliance and Best Practices:

Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and regulations, including equal opportunity and affirmative action guidelines.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:Education : Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Experience : Previous experience in recruitment or HR support (internships included) is a plus.Skills :

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Technical Proficiency : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using remote communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack).Work Environment: This is a remote position, requiring the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. You will collaborate with team members through digital platforms and may need to attend virtual meetings.

From $32.50 - $37.50 per hour

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (8 hours daily)
