Job Description SummaryUnder the direction of the Programs Lead, The Program Coordinator will be working with an interactive multi-disciplinary team to support programs in collaboration with other
team members and client. Our Programs Coordinator will focus on engagement through strong communication, commitment to deadlines, and finding unique solutions to any problems that arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for coordinating the design, development, and implementation of programs on behalf of the client, using established processes, experience, and expertise.Review and execute program work plan and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirementsSuccessfully initiate, plan, execute and close all program deliverables as committedEnsure program definition documents are prepared and maintainedPublish program plans and schedules as neededEnsure the schedules of the various constituencies involved are coordinated, and the multiple subsequent plans are consolidated into program trackingTrack program timelines and costsIdentify resources needed and coordinate responsibilitiesMaintain on-going communication with contractors, client, and teamIdentify and resolve issuesRequest, review, and submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendors as needed to maintain any programDevelop and manage program budget and schedules (e.g., ESD scheduling and testing) as neededCreate and evaluate program reports and provide status to internal and external clientsCoordinate vendors as needed to ensure satisfactory completionPrepare, publish, and communicate program status, including input into the designated tracking systemsAssist with measuring and reporting key performance indicators against service level agreementsAdvise management on all perceived risks to the successful completion of the tasks, and obtain decisions and approval from management on changes to program scope, design, schedule and costCoordinate program team meetingsCoordinate and track for the successful completion of given programsEnsure that appropriate communication occurs regarding all user meetings and consultations with the clientCommunicate regularly with internal and external customers as appropriate in order to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and system supportSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with others and exchange accurate information; operate a computer and other office productivity machinery; move about the workplace; remain in a stationary position for up to 85% of the time; and extend hands and arms in any direction.
