is seeking an

Administrative Support Assistant

with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills. This position will work in support of the Morgan Academic Center's mission: to provide comprehensive learning services that support all student-athletes in reaching their potential while achieving academic and athletic excellence.

Primary responsibilities:

Plan, organize, support, and coordinate daily office activities and administrative processes within the Morgan Academic CenterServe as the liaison to the football academic counselors and other MAC counselorsAssist in coordinating academic schedules and reports as designated by the Director of Football, Academics for Football student-athletes, as neededAssist in coordinating academic schedules, reports, and copies for MAC coordinators, as needed, for their meetings with student-athletes, coaches, and administrationSupport all MAC coordinators, including the Football academic coordinators in preparing materials for daily and weekly meetings with staff, coaches, and administration, as neededAssist with maintaining academic records and progress reports for Football and other student-athletes, as neededAssist in organizing reports and materials to prepare for the beginning of the semester meetingsEducation and Experience Requirements:

This position will be filled at the Support or Intermediate Support level. Minimally requires a High School Diploma/GED or Vocational Training/Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the support level. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs.

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 systems (Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)Knowledge of standard office proceduresExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality are essentialDemonstrated success in an office environment where organizational skills are crucial to be effectiveInterest in learning job-related software, like Prophix financial software, etc.Experience with higher education software systems such as Concur, SIMBA, 25 Live, OPP's EZRequest or similar systemsAbility to work with a high level of professionalism, both independently and collaboratively, as a member of a teamDemonstrates a genuine appreciation for working with diverse populations

This position requires the following clearances: PA State Police Criminal Background Check, PA Child Abuse History Clearance Form, and Federal (FBI) Fingerprint Criminal Background Check.

The salary range for this position, including all possible grades is:

$34,800.00 - $55,500.00
