Director of Legal Operations/COO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, accounting, finance, and marketing within the legal industry. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the operational and strategic aspects of our firm, and to play a key role in shaping our future. With a high degree of autonomy, the Director will be responsible for driving the firm's growth and profitability, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality legal services.Responsibilities:1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the firm's operational, financial, and business development functions, ensuring alignment with the firm's overall strategic objectives.2. Oversee the implementation of effective business processes and systems to increase efficiency and productivity, and to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.3. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive the firm's growth and profitability.4. Manage the firm's financial operations, including budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting.5. Oversee the firm's marketing efforts, including the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies and campaigns.6. Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.7. Serve as a key member of the firm's leadership team, contributing to the development and implementation of the firm's strategic plans and initiatives.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An advanced degree, such as an MBA or JD, is highly desirable.2. Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in the legal industry, with a strong background in business development, accounting, finance, and marketing.3. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a legal firm or a similar professional services environment.4. Strong understanding of the legal industry, including the latest trends and challenges.5. Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans and actions.6. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.7. Strong financial management skills, with experience in budgeting, financial planning, and financial reporting.8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders.9. High degree of professionalism and integrity, with a strong commitment to the delivery of high-quality legal services.10.
