Job Description
As the Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role that combines market development expertise with hands-on technical support, ensuring the success of CVRx technologies in therapeutic applications. This role is dynamic and multi-faceted, offering a blend of strategic planning, educational support, and direct clinical engagement.

BS or equivalent degree in health sciences, engineering, or business.3+ years of med device sales experience in implantable/cardiomems/neuromod/other relevant cardiology sales experience.Demonstratable track record of successes in the field of medical device sales, Class II or Class III.Knowledge of the concepts of a medical & surgical nature and that of active implantable medical device technology.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups and CVRx staff.Aware, Independent, self-motivated, self-starter, resilient, and not deterred easily. In it for the long game. Able to successfully nurture relationship-based sales.Patient focused - know the challenges of insurance authorization and working through them.Other Preferences:
Advanced degree preferred.Experience in direct or indirect use of medical devices (e.g., in Cath lab, clinical monitoring), or other relevant field experience within the medical device field is ideal.Healthcare and / or clinical experience is beneficial.Prefer a proven track record with clinical trial and technical training assignments.Knowledge of the market with a clear understanding of competitive devices, strategies, advantages/disadvantages as they relate to the company's devices.Ability to interact with R&D to represent customer perspective in order to provide input on product enhancements and new product development.Job Requirements

Maintain a deep understanding of complex physiological and technical principles related to CVRx therapies, positioning yourself as a go-to resource within the organization.Clinical Support:
Provide comprehensive support for implants, follow-up procedures, and troubleshooting. Assist clinical trial personnel and CVRx employees with technical challenges, ensuring seamless operations.Investigator Assistance:
Support clinical investigators by addressing technical inquiries and providing researched solutions, fostering strong collaborative relationships.Professional Representation:
Present CVRx devices to leading cardiologists, hypertension specialists, and surgeons, ensuring they are well-informed about the clinical benefits and applications of the technology.On-Call Expertise:
Offer on-call clinical support, including troubleshooting and delivering in-service education and training for physicians and hospital staff on CVRx devices and studies.R&D Collaboration:
Provide valuable feedback from investigators to the R&D team, contributing to product enhancements and the development of new solutions.Training Excellence:
Design and deliver training programs for clinical staff, ensuring that training objectives are met and that staff are proficient in CVRx technologies.Clinical Research Support:
Aid the Clinical Research team in maintaining high-quality follow-up and data completeness for company studies, ensuring robust and reliable study outcomes.Compensation Information
Base: $100KVariable: uncapped commissionTotal Income: $275-300K+Benefits:
