We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the full cycle recruiting process, with a focus on data analysis, process improvement, and partnering closely with our recruiting teams.
About the Role
Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities for improving time-to-fill and conversion rates
Collaborate with recruiters to understand their business area needs and pain points
Develop data-driven strategies to enhance the candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction
Leverage Excel and other analytical tools to gather, organize, and present recruiting data to team
Participate in various recruiting-related projects, such as process mapping and workflow optimization
Gain exposure to different business areas and the unique talent needs of each
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Strong interest in the recruiting/talent acquisition space and a desire to build a career in this field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw insights
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship or relevant experience in recruiting, HR, or a data-driven role is preferred
