Global Treasury Financial Analyst
Pay Range:
$85,000 – $105,500
Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range.

The Job You Will Perform:
This position provides general accounting, analytical and reporting oversight for Global Treasury/Finance, with an opportunity to learn and develop managerial skills overseeing and coordinating work performed by others.
Support and execute debt and equity market transactions such as bond issuances and repayments, credit facility extensions / renewals and share repurchases.
Prepare the annual global interest expense forecast, provide periodic updates and analyze variances.
Manage the surety bond and letters of credit portfolios, including new issuances and amendments.
Manage the compliance and reporting requirements of the company’s A/R securitization program.
Assist in developing hedging strategies to mitigate the company’s FX, interest rate and commodity risk; manage hedging programs, including trade execution, risk monitoring and monthly/quarterly reporting.
Prepare quarterly debt, swap, and monetization valuations.
Manage compliance deliverables (internal/external auditors, SOX) and ensure adherence to external regulatory requirements (Dodd Frank, EMIR).
Analyze and monitor the company’s financial ratios as calculated by the rating agencies and assist in preparing the annual presentation.
Manage all financial aspects of the Company’s two insurance captives, including capital management, investment strategy and cash flow forecasting by:
evaluating current and historical financial performance to ensure optimal capital and surplus levels
optimizing investment income by implementing an investment strategy that matches the predicted claims payout patterns
pursuing strategic initiatives for the most efficient use of financial assets and additional underwriting opportunities
monitoring the captives monthly and annual financial statements
facilitating annual audits
Oversee and/or perform a full range of department accounting functions, including general ledger account reconciliations, bank account reconciliations, and participate in balance sheet reviews.
Lead annual comprehensive fixed asset analysis globally, ensuring accurate valuations and business interruption values, and location accountability for the property insurance program.
Prepare and analyze monthly forecasts, tracking of departmental cost, and analysis of month-end results.
Manage preparation and reconciliation of Intercompany Invoicing for insurance cost allocations.
Prepare various Treasury reports for senior management.
Lead ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations.
The Skills You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or related field of study
5+ years of accounting or business experience
Strong analytical and computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel
Intellectual curiosity, and interest in process improvement/streamlining/automation
